Step 1

Open Cydia and go to Sources, in the upper left corner you should see the Edit option, then find the Add option, enter http://aoiblog.jp/, https://cydia.invoxiplaygames.uk/ https://cydia.bag-xml.com/

Step 2 

Install tweaks from the sources listed above

AppStore Fix from satou_aoi Cydia repo

Checkmate, Store! from IPG's Cydia Repo

Optionally install SSLPatch from BigBoss and StoreLayoutsFix [BETA] from bag.xml's repo

Step 3

Go to tlsroot.litten.ca and install 1 certificate

Step 4

Install the StoreSSLFix tweak from https://cydia.nekokawa.net/. After installing, tap Restart SpringBoard, go to Settings, find StoreSSLFix, and find Relaunch Setup (be careful). This operation does not delete your data. This will allow you to reconnect to Apple servers. Log in to your Apple ID account by entering your email and password. Next to your password, enter the two-step verification code. Click "Log In." Then click "Start Using Your iPhone, iPod, or iPad" and check if the App Store is working. If so, congratulations!
